Two recent Film and Digital Media alums, Taylor Banasik and Jarrad Quadir, took their short film “In a Rut” to the Cannes Film Festival this summer as part of a select group of films chosen to attend the prestigious fest from the nationwide Campus Movie Fest competition.

Loyola University hosts the Campus Movie Fest every Fall and (predictably) film students usually are the top prize winners at Loyola, with several of their films going on to compete at the national level.
